The Notary Public office number 4 authorized at the Third Judicial District of the State of San Luis Potosí, began operations in January 2004, based at the municipality of Ciudad Fernández.  Since then, Notary Ms. Ma. Del Rosario Orozco Sánchez has been uninterrupted the responsible in charge.

 

Ours was the first notary public office in the Judicial District to provide services to financial institutions from both the public and private sectors, among others: INFONAVIT, FOVISSSTE, SIFIDE, the State Pension Directorate, BANORTE; as well as private SOFOLES, such as Casa Mexicana, Corporacion Hipotecaria, Finpatria and ABC Capital, among others.

 

Likewise, massive deeds processing campaigns have been carried out for private and public entities from the State and from beyond its borders. For example, in benefit of the Rioverde Municipality, within the execution of the social program called “Your Home”.

 

In 2017, Mr Juan José Rodríguez Regil was appointed as a Notary Public.  Thus, as of this date, the Notary's structure is of two Notaries, three lawyers, two managers and five administrative assistants.

 

Since 2018, it has been signed important agency office in the city of San Luis Potosí, which allows more timely and agile attention and service, for the benefit of the clients themselves, avoiding unnecessary transfers and expenses for our clients and partners.
